Comment:  agree with the below ranking. I'm also a junior and they really were awful our freshman year. definitely started to improve once they got theta's old house, that's obvious, but i really don't think they're as good as what everyone's saying, they're just such a mixed bag right now. give it a couple of years and maybe they'll be up there with the top tier but as of right now i don't see it.
