Comment:  Blame everyone but themselves. ASU has rules that cover events such as this and they failed to follow all of them. You let a pledge who you know is underage get kicked out of the bar and no one followed him out. Great brotherhood. Now to keep people off your back you try to push this Jack's Law. Are you kidding me? First off there is a law to prevent this it's called your required to be 21 to drink. Second Fraternities are required transportation for their members.
