Comment:  Phi Mu appears to have huge issues with consistency. Currently they have only 26 Seniors and 30 Juniors. They have retained a higher percentage from their amazing 2011 pledge class, 66 out of 85 originally (but this is still only 75% when too groups retain 95%). If they can keep a large number from the 2012 class it might show that they are on the right track. From what I have been told by Greek alums this has historically been Phi Mu's problem.
