Comment:  They are an up and coming house, what really hurts them is their reputation from past years and how people perceive them. They are all super nice guys and whenever I go over there I feel like i'm in a safe environment. They have a few geeky looking guys but also some real cuties. The house isn't a typical Frat Castle but its huge and they have a lot of room for parties & it keeps improving. I know that ZBT will continue to get better and I consider them one of my favorite places to party & chill
