Comment:  Sig Ep gets hated on a lot for "partying too hard" but they still have a lot of good guys that I like to hang out with. Most people are saying they are going downhill after their pledge class this fall, but I think they will be alright.I would put them somewhere right under SAE or Pike and above Phi Psi.
