Comment:  To set one thing straight. Zeta did have 100% retention this year in their pledge class. From formal pledge to initiation, not a single girl dropped. One girl left on bid day because of financial reasons, which was before formal pledging. You obviously don't know what you're talking about if you say otherwise. Also, there are girls that hang out at almost every fraternity within Zeta. In addition, every member is in another organization on campus, and these girls work very hard in their classes.
