Comment:  ADPi is definitely the the bottom of the top tier below theta and tridelt. they got some really cute fun girls in PC '12 but they still have those butchy girls that average out the overall coolness of the entire chapter. I've noticed that ADPi's tend to be very judgmental and they try to steal Theta's favorite girls in rush. Not the best but not bad.
