Comment:  People who are actually in Greek life don't really consider them a real fraternity..phi delt does not have a house, doing literally nothing on campus. Phi delt had the smallest pledge class out of any fraternity this fall. Like SAMMy, unless phi delt can get s house there is no Way they will ever be able to survive on campus and will soon die out.
