Comment:  well theta sucks too but they are improving and were genuine during recruitment last year when i went through. zeta lives in denial and some of their members could pass for retarded because they're so immature and act kind of weird thinking its funny. its a joke that they're listed as top tier. they spend all their time trying to convince people they're not as bad as theta but everybody DTR knows they are bottom tier, if not the VERY bottom house.
