Comment:  Delt is definitely on the rise. Yes they have a few odd ones there, but so does every fraternity. They always participate and put alot of effort into philanthropy events. This fraternity is full of gentlemen and have one of the best brotherhoods on campus. Any guy or girl that goes to usm should stop by for a party and see what i've seen there! good job guys you're on the rise! :)
