Comment:  Unfortunately, Theta Chi is seen at the bottom. Any house not on the row isn't going to be as popular as the rest. But the guys are pretty cool-- not too mention that the president and upcoming president are cuties! Would like to see them get more involved in the Greek community if they want to rise.
