Comment:  boys and girls have nothing bad to say about theta while the other 3 top houses(dg,kappa,pi phi) definitely have haters. They are classy and nice but dont really party like the other top houses and while there are a couple stunning girls, the girls overall tend to be just pretty with a random sprinkling of not very attractive girls(Probably have the highest% of not cute girls in the top 4), random mix of girls but most genuine in the top 4. Thetas are honestly amazing though and i love the girls
