Comment:  I disagree with the hate and recent self-ranking here, which is why I posted 3's (to even the scores). Pi Phi is top tier. Haters are jealous of that. I will admit Pi Phi has less pretty girls than Theta, Kappa, or DG (the other top tier houses), which is where the self-rankers might feel threatened. There are lovely Pi Phis and some not so nice ones (which is like every other house). They don't deserve the hate they're getting on here, but I don't think they merit the praise either.
