Comment:  good group of guys but a freshman fraternity. they have a shell of a house that's used for the same kind of party every weekend. Cool for o week, first week, then yea sucks for the rest of the year. nice guys but i don't think their brotherhood extends beyond the fact that they have to show up for their parties every week and work door. fun mixers, but full of too many nice and timid guys. close to top tier but just not
