Comment:  Average house that always had potential. Was up and coming before they moved out of their house, now they're somewhat stuck in that weird middle area between the houses that really suck (Sigma Nu, Fiji, Chi Phi) and houses they used to be better than that are taking their place (DX, Phi Tau) If they get housed again I would expect them to be right back where they were before and that was solid middle to bottom of middle.
