Comment:  So there seems to be a huge rivalry b/w DPhiE and ZTA as they are the top 2 houses... DPhiE has been better in the past but I think ZTA is top house this year, and if not this year then definitely will be next year. They did great at fall recruitment and only seem to be improving. DPhiE is still lovely of course, but it's hard to compete against a superstrong national org like ZTA.
