Comment:  They're a mixed bunch I'll admit, most of them quite attractive, some stuck up, many very nice fun girls. I think they get a bad rep because of the new house rather than visa versa and that torch will be passed in a few years when someone else gets a new house. Contrary to popular belief they don't even have the highest dues.
