Comment:  DChi use to have a large presence on campus but they are definitely going downhill now. They have a lot of open parties throughout the year, which really creates an atmosphere that non-greek males can hang out at their house and not join, which can explain why their rushing is going downhill fast. I've heard these guys really care about each other, but their lack of social experience can be seen quite clearly since they don't know how to kick out non-members.
