Comment:  SigEp is definintely the most soundly operated chapter under the IFC umbrella at Southern Miss. They have a clear mission, focused vision, a great management team, and incrediable standards. All that said, this may be the very thing that chokes the coolness and social appeal of SigEp, kicking out guys and strict rules are things that drive cool recruits away and they know this. The older cool guys will be gone after this spring; only time will tell if they become a Pi Kapp or DTD. Good luck guys
