Comment:  If we could stop referring to sigma pi as "up and coming" that'd be great...they've been around for a minute and have a house unlike legitimately up and coming chapters (kappa sig, sig nu). they have an established reputation and honestly it's not a good one. also the comment about them being "damn hot" was clearly self ranking.
