Comment:  This is plain and simple. The girls at Penn State showed racism and stupidity with their photo in Mexican attire and signs. They are obviously too far from the border to get it. It's not about people being too sensitive. It's about partying coming before any sense of cultures in our society. Penn State already has an extremely bad reputation from their football program. Way to represent Chi Omega and make your college look like you have serious problems there.
