Comment:  Kapp Sig moved down after last year's incident. Been to some of their downtown parties and the guys can be pretty aggressive with all freshmen. Not the classiest group... They have an amazing house, but their pledge class wasn't great because of all the changes from last year. They throw great parties but are struggling to stay in the top tier now. Can't drink in their house this year which blows. Good group of guys but sometimes a bit sketchy.
