Comment:  Say what you will, but how is Kappa a bottom tier fraternity when it is the 2nd largest fraternity in the U.S.? Obviously these GDI's don't know much about Greek Life. Sorry, but the rest of the fraternities on campus have nothing on Kappa in terms of the national scene.
