Comment:  Pretty solid fraternity all around. Have some really great parties now and then. Rumors of a new house being built soon could give them a solid boost since their house is pretty old compared to a lot of the nicer ones that have been built lately. Noticeably bad brotherhood, and I've heard some members of their EC say they wish they were somewhere else. Upper middle tier, and one great pledge class away from top tier for sure. Has been pretty steady lately.
