Comment:  SigEp has definitely become tophouse over the last year! They are the only fraternity that can balance all the aspects of what a fraternity should be like. They have not always been the most known fraternity, but are definitely on the rise like no other and am not surprised they are considered top house now. They are known for their academics and good standing with UCR, and now even have the social life that some may consider better than all the other fraternities! by far safest place to go to
