Comment:  Phi Kap suffers from being a smaller fraternity at a huge university and so their presence around school can be lacking. That being said, these guys are some of the nicest, most upstanding gents around. They're all very intelligent but also know how to party. I love kicking it with them, I only wish they were more proactive about getting their name out there!
