Comment:  apparently top tier, but probably won't last. seems to me that kappa is riding on a very old reputation of having the hottest girls, but that is fading. the girls i have seen are most average or below average with a few hot girls (mostly seniors it seems) dont seem to have much sisterhood at all and are anything but classy. instead of trying to better their house, it looks like they are just trying to hate on others.
