Comment:  If you dont think theta xi is THE top house at UCD, you must not be very involved on campus because these guys are everywhere. I dont know how they do it but they seem to be able to put up #'s in the gym, donate $ to charity and get ladies #'s at their crazy exchanges. They are the most well respected, most established fraternity at UCD and therefore serve as a model for the other fraternities.
