Comment:  Every time I see them on weekends they're wasted out of their minds, binge drinking/smoking, shrieking at one another or hanging off some random guy. It's not cute, it's not classy, and it sure doesn't warrant top-tier status. There are a couple nice ones but unfortunately they are way outnumbered. Shame.
