Comment:  Pi Phi is middle tier but definitely one of the sororities that is rising (coming from someone who is in a different sorority on campus). I know so many girls who almost went Pi Phi and even though they didn't, this is such a great group of girls that I could easily see myself (and so many girls in "top tier" sororities) being a part of, too. They weren't always as involved on campus but each pledge class gets better!!
