Comment:  Very impressed with this house, clean and tidy and the boys seem quite well put together. The coctail mixer was definitely one of the hallmarks of my first quarter of college. I felt welcomed and although drinks were pretty strong, their bartender responded cheerfully and remixed my drinks with half the alcohol. <3 Phi delts.
