Comment:  Now, I may not be a Phi Mu, but I have friends in there and she doesn't like it, well she LOVES her sorority, but she doesn't have a good time. I think that they need to WORK on their sisterhood and image, and stop trying to get girls. It is one thing to have a large chapter, its completely different if they have a smaller chapter with girls that ALL get along and have a good rep, and a classy attitude that will help bring their chapter up in years to come. remember they are new still.
