Comment:  Theta accepts out of states and non-freshman, which may off the bat make some people think they aren't top tier. However, to be competitive, you might have to take a girl that yes, she's older or a grade risk but she's got the best resume and she's pretty and she speaks well, etc. You have to look outside the box. Their alumni list is CRAZY! They could definitely use a refining course in southern etiquette though, and to learn to become more charming.
