Comment:  If you look at the two most recent pledge classes, they are solidly middle tier. There are only a couple girls in those pledge classes that are weird or awkward, and it's unfortunate that those girls make up the theta reputation. However, the vast majority are pretty, smart, social, and kind, and their theta encore performance was surprisingly good. With the addition of ADPi, theta will be a lot more respected on campus.
