Comment:  My sister is a Phi Mu in Georgia and Phi Mus have always been Top Tier down south. Tier levels are mainly based the number of active chapters/members an organization has. From what she tells me, why would Phi Mu not be ranked so high. They are the 2nd oldest "fraternity" (the sorority name was not even coined yet) in the country. When I transferred here from down south, I couldn't believe the sororities you guys are calling Top Tier. They wouldm't even place on Tier systems where I'm from.
