Comment:  Only fraternity on the row that deserves to be called classy. Reopened after some stuff went down, but now they've definitely got that nice guy image. Still need some more time to develop brotherhood, but it'll be strong in a few years. Completely dry house, only one registered party so far this year and it was dead early but the parties at their satellite houses are always fun, just never that many girls. Most respectable guys on the row.
