Comment:  Phi Mu has me really confused honestly. Always been bottom tier, and based on the girls they had when I was a frosh, they deserved that bottom spot. But the girls that remain, especially the new pc are awesom and deserve a fighting chance in my opinion. They did not pull an obvious type which happened with a lot of chapters. They are not top tier but trust me when I say they have the potential to at least be higher. If the other sororities continu to slip, PM might just climb
