Comment:  I have an extremely low opinion of Chi Phi. People seem to label them as the best fraternity on campus. Honestly though, I think they're overrated. Since people label them as that, they let it go to their heads and feel that they don't have to treat many people with much respect. They only like to talk among themselves and Kappa. They seem to be very closed-minded about socializing with other fraternities, sororities, and other groups on campus.
