Comment:  Phi Sig Sig has definitely been improving---used to be that they were second choice since girls would want AXO or DZ and neither of those chapters really recruited the same type of women. This wasn't necessarily bad, it was jut that Phi Sig would end up with a mixed bag. The last two PC's have been pretty unified groups who party hard and spend all of their time together. This just goes to show that Greek Life never stays the same and is ever-changing.
