Comment:  You have no idea what you're talking about. Firstly, Sigma Chi was never top tier. Not even close. They were #4 at best 2 years ago. Now they're like number 6 or 7. Secondly, Kappa sig and pi kapp are still middle tier as well, don't try and vault them into the same level as pike.
