Not in a good way, of course. i wish there was a "not hot" button for this group. i have not met ONE person that wanted phi sig in recruitment. all of them end up there and stay because they want to be in a sorority. if thats what you call them. They also love to dirty rush people and then not follow through with their bids. That's definitely a 5 for classiness. They all hate each other, they are in cliques, and are always high.
