Comment:  Tri Delt is definitely an overrated house on campus just because of the physical house that is so big. Their dues are triple what most dues are to pay off the house so they only get the really rich girls. However, really rich girls aren't always pretty. Tri delts looks aren't the best-comparable to Kappa girls. They are all really nice though, they just have big heads cuz of their nice house. After this year's pledge class though, they are most definitely dropping to upper mid tier
