Comment:  I don't know about best pc - I think there were 3 houses that got the top girls this year. Gamma Phi was one of them, but not the only one with a good pc. Another house that got a good class was Pi Phi and they won hc. Kappa was the other one that got a great pc and they came in 3rd in hc. For me now, those are the top 3. I'd throw in Theta and Tri Delta and call them the top 5.
