Comment:  Your sorority did homecoming with OX last year? That means you are in Phi Moo! Firstly, that makes your opinion irrelevant. Secondly, the reason you think so highly of OX is because they are the only fraternity that has given Phi Moo the time of day recently, other than Kappa Sig with homecoming this year. You have nothing to go off of because no other fraternities want anything to do with y'all. With that being said, Theta Chi is not a bad fraternity...but they shouldn't be ranked this high.
