Comment:  Phi Delt is the only fraternity on campus who allows GDI boys in. Which is cool if your boyfriend is coming up to visit and you still want to party. They're big on giving out free alcohol and over all they're nice guys. They're not "frat boys" for sure though. There isn't any hot ones but they have a few that are cute because of their personality. Surprisingly they throw a party every weekend, they really aren't too terrible. It's a place you'd stop to pre-game at.
