Comment:  Pi Kapp and Sig Ep are the top tier houses at CSU, hands down. Anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional, sorry. Those two houses have the most numbers by far and have the most draw from sororities. Pi Kapp also has a house thats pretty nice. Pi Kapps Philanthropy is unmatched, they do more than ask for donations. Known as one of the better looking houses, if not the best. Never heard of any people complain about a lack classiness or kindness of the guys. Unbiased and down to earth review.
