Comment:  The Bad: New members do not have access to the Constitution and Statutes, because it contains parts of their closed ritual. This means that new members do not know their rights as a sister until they are a full member of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. All of the Pi Phi alumni that are close friends of mine have spoken poorly of how they are treated once they go inactive or gain alumni status. There are rules regarding when they can enter the chapter house, and what events they can go to.
