Comment:  APhi is considered top tier because they're well known nationally, but don't participate in anything. All their girls do is hand out with Theta Chi, they never try in Greek Week, philanthropies, or grades. When Kappa Sig won their social for their philanthropy, they stood them up! Not a very classy or caring group of girls.
