Comment:  The Phi Mu's at State have a reputation of being the most beautiful, social and fun group on campus. They also have a very close chapter and their sisterhood is excellent. They are talented, intelligent (yes, it's true!) and have a lot of members that are leaders on campus. They do NOT deserve to be ranked middle tier and are not a middle tier house.
