Comment:  Kappa Delta is not old enough to be anything but bottom tier at this point. They have a lot to learn, but I give them props for what they have accomplished so far. They only started a little over a year ago, I mean seriously. They have an odd mix of girls, need to step it up in recruitment in the next few years, but they do have some really attractive girls, some really involved girls and some really fun girls that are pulling the weight.
